I suppose you have to feel your way tentatively, trying different things and seeing what feels right - because even experts or those with experience are different from us and if we feel we need to move in a certain direction then we must trust that instinct or regret it at our leisure.
I have lost my way , and look research ask for help and guidance , and get told so many different things my head literally buzzes and spins with confusion . I have a need to always know for sure , maybe due to my autism or adhd or anxiety , but it’s so hard .
