Thanks for sharing a replay. I love the idea of tying in health goals with our values! Mine are curiosity, compassion and creativity.. lots to think about x

ooo, interesting...how could you link curiosity, compassion and creativity with health goals? Being curious when you feel resistant? Being compassionate - absolutely! And getting really creative about ways you can motivate yourself? ooooo......

Thanks x Curiosity has already been in action as I’ve just had first bout of covid so I have been asking myself what went wrong? I didn’t do anything different so maybe my immunity was down.. if so, why did that happen? Perhaps more importantly, why did I let that happen? And researching what can I do to boost it back up again?

I'm sorry to hear you've had Covid. I'm not sure you did anything 'wrong'. Or you let it happen! But great to use curiosity to ask questions like - what's the best way to boost my immunity?

Thankfully it wasn’t too bad. I’ve just seen there’s a new variant that is better at evading immunity! I will work on self compassion as well as boosting my immunity..
