Love this invite Suzy. My heart leap moment and happiest moment were the same. We were on holiday abroad as a family for the first time and I'd taken a solo walk - I could feel all the versions of myself that travelled alone and I felt called and safe and excited and full of wonder. I wasn't a mum or a wife or working for anyone but I held all of that in love. In that moment I was just me... one foot infront of the other, glistening seas and a huge bottle of mineral water soaking up this vibrant life for the first time in a very very long time. xx
When I saw these posts about summer solstice I actually started to freak out a bit! I was like 'oh no, it's down hill from tomorrow'. But just spending a few minutes reflecting on these questions instantly helped me to reframe. <3
Ooo love these questions Suzy, we are doing a reflective journalling session in our wow group at the end of the month and it always brings up interesting things when you take time out to pause and think we owe about these things, thanks for sharing 🥰
I love questions and journalling. I'm very grumpy in the mornings so a good positive and powerful question in the morning can uplift me and steer me to a different way of thinking and feeling.
Without even realising it I have done exactly this, reset my goals. I got a poem published in an in-house anthology last week, that made my heart leap, and also made me think of myself as a writer! This also prompted me to hand in my notice at work and re-establish my quest to get a novel finished, spend more time with my family and more time in my campervan in beautiful places writing and reflecting. The new year will be another reset. Thank you for your wisdom and care ❤️

Yes, a good positive question can take us in the right direction.

Think deeper!
Thank you for these prompts! It’s gonna take me a while to unpack question 6... think I’m still in it! X
