I find habits so interesting, how they govern us and all aspects of our lives. Especially the craving part - I've started to really pick that apart too. Am I making myself this cup of coffee because I really feel like my body wants coffee right now, or am I doing it out of habit? So often we skip that vital part, to check in with ourselves and see what our body actually wants or needs, which runs deeper than the urgent or automatic reaction to a craving. Thanks for this Suzy!

I agree. It's so interesting and if we can create some habits that will stick, surely it will make our lives simpler, happier, healthier. But I think the key is the reward piece.
