Love this Suzy and a great reminder, I’ve re entered work slowly after hols but I can feel myself speeding up. The dog walks help, but I think if I slowed down for an hour during the day I’d find it difficult to get going again! So I guess it’s finding the balance with your energy but slow delicious thinking is definitely best for creativity that’s for sure 🙂❤️

Thanks for the great tips Suzy! A very serendipitous meeting for you (and us) 😁 Coincidentally I’m reading this as I’m having a slow breakfast in my local cafe with a fresh orange juice that I’m savouring. I’d been planning to rush to the supermarket after realising the fridge was empty, and then I thought, why, what’s the big hurry? 😍
