The first step I took was in January, when I deleted Facebook and Instagram off my phone.. then I wasn’t carrying them with me everywhere and doing just that made a huge difference 👍☺️ You could delete one App to start with.. it’s very interesting to notice how many times you pick up your phone to go on it and realise it’s gone 😆
What helps you? I'm finding that leaving the house and going somewhere else to write is helping. As is journaling out my inner critic, and going for a long walk. Also setting boundaries with my phone!!!!! :-)

I just unplugged from social media once and for all! Said goodbye, deleted the Apps, I’m done! I’m free!! 👏🥳🥂👍 I highly recommend! 🧡
