Beautiful Suzy. I cannot tell you how many years I watched Iris and longed for the life I have now. Most of all of it was realising I’m already here. Much love. ✨💜✨
Very inspiring Suzy, I'm definitely ready for something new in 2024. Not quite sure what it looks like yet though! I've been listening to Dr Tali Shalot's concept of 'habituation' - the way we get so used to things (even good things) that we lose the joy in them. So by switching up our environment, changing our regular routines, meeting new people, we can give our brain a sort of reboot. That's my aim for 2024, disruption and change!
Your post gives me tingles, Suzy! Beginner's mindset is so powerful to adopt, and I've found rather tricky when you have a lot of perfectionist thinking. And I'm all for making space for glimmers of gold dust rather than great lumps of it, the little specks and flecks can be found twinkling in our ordinary days if we're able to see the light catch them.
And thank you so much for the blurb on my Substack, I just came across it! That's v lovely of you xx

Loved the build up to the end and invite to “choose a new adventure”, it’s really got me thinking ! What adventure am I being called towards 🤔
Same!
