It’s day 11 of the 31 day journalling challenge.
Often, we strive and strive and strive to get what we want but for what ever reason, it just doesn’t happen.
I believe that as important as it is to keep pushing and striving, it’s just as important to stop and ask some questions when pushing and striving just simply isn’t working?
What if you stop pushing on a door that won’t open?
Instead, let’s stand back for a second and look at this door.
Where do you think this door will lead?
Is there another way to get there? (is this the only door way in?)
What is on the other side of the door and how do you think that getting there will make you feel?
What is the feeling on the other side of the door? What are you really chasing?
A feeling of safety? Contentment? Feeling recognised or loved?
