Day 10 of the 31 day journalling challenge.
Journalling can help you get clear about what you REALLY want, encourage you to take baby steps and get you better acquainted with your inner coach.
Here’s the journal prompt for today:
What tiny piece of action can you take today that will move you in the direction you want to go?
Could you declutter your drawer?
Could you book an appointment with the expert?
Could you write the bones of the synopsis?
Could you find the book group?
Could you book the kayaking taster session?
Could you have a cold shower for 15 seconds?
What could you do…..?
Notice any resistance to even the tiniest baby step.
What does your inner pessimist whisper to you?
If you put your inner coach in charge, what would she say?
Who are you going to listen to?
What baby step can you take today?
Imagine if you took one baby step a day for the rest of the month?
I wonder what would happen?
What if you just experimented?
What if you just shake things up a little bit?
A few tiny increment changes, a baby step in the direction you want to go?
Maybe just try it today?
