I am a huge fan of Julia Cameron’s The Artist’s Way.

I have done it around 4 or 5 times now and each time, I make a big leap in my life.

It's a book and a 12 week course - I have found it life changing, energising, fun, challenging and it always makes me feel like my creativity is on fire by the end of the course.

It’s not just for budding artists or writers either.

I find it’s a fantastic self development course that aligns you with ‘the force’. (Cameron talks about ‘God’ a lot in the book but you don’t need to be spiritual to enjoy or get the most of it. She says it’s about simply pointing your life in a Good Orderly Direction.)

The Artist’s Way aims to dispel the 'I'm not talented enough' conditioning that holds us back and helps us to unleash our inner artist/writer/true self.

Its 12 step approach is inspired by Cameron’s own addiction journey so it feels it’s built on honest, authentic and powerful foundations.

The book promises to: ‘transform your life, overcome any artistic blocks you may suffer from, including limiting beliefs, fear, sabotage, jealousy and guilt, and replace them with self confidence and productivity. It helps demystify the creative process by making it a part of your daily life.’

I will be facilitating the course for all paid subscribers starting on this Thursday at 1pm.
