For me, listening to my favourite audio book for 15 minutes while I do my chores gives me a lift.

What makes you feel successful? What makes you feel proud of yourself?
Turning up to my writing hour twice a week makes me feel successful and proud of myself for putting in the work, for turning up, for committing.
