Journal Prompt:
Take five minutes to jot down all the thoughts that are swirling in your mind right now. Once you’re done, look through the list and ask yourself, “Which of these thoughts actually serve me?” Then, choose one thought to let go of, whether by reframing it, dismissing it, or setting it aside for now.
Just tackled the fridge - there was a lot of old chutney - it's now on the table I mean it's fine but if we've not eaten it in 2 years...
