Every month, I run a monthly masterclass with a self-development expert.

Heart Leap is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.

The goal of our sessions is to learn emotional and practical skills to consciously build a happy, creative, and simple life.

This Monday, we talked to Eve Menezes Cunningham, author of 365 Ways to Feel Better.

I met Eve when I was the editor of Psychologies, and I loved her grounded approach to self-care so much that we commissioned a 20-page special on her work. (I recently interviewed her for Metro; here’s the full interview)

Eve is a trauma therapist, Self* care coach and IACP accredited counsellor and supervisor, and BACP senior accredited supervisor and Past Chair for BACP Coaching (as well as a journalist and broadcaster)

Does self-care scare you?

Designed to help you find, create, and develop friendlier self-care routines and practices, this session will include practical ideas and a Q&A with Eve.

Find out more about her work at selfcarecoaching.net and feel free to join Embodied Wellbeing with Eve on Substack (free or Extra Embodied) at evemc.substack.com
