Connection is one of my highest values. For me, Brené is right. Connection with others is what gives me purpose and meaning.

A nice dinner out with a lifelong friends was just what I needed last month. It was so fun and out of the ordinary and even weeks later I continue to think about it. Connection is an amazing thing.
I was literally having this conversation face to face with a 96 year old family friend this afternoon. Connection to others and a sense of belonging is so important and beneficial to all parties 💞
