“And suddenly you know: It’s time to start something new and trust the magic of beginnings.” — Meister Eckhart
And it’s a wrap. We’ve just worked our way through the 21 days of prompts for your mid-year review.
This review wasn’t about reinventing yourself or fixing everything, it was about pausing long enough to notice where you are, what’s working, and what needs to change.
You’ve taken time to reflect, reassess, and realign. That in itself is a powerful act.
Now it’s about moving forward with a little more clarity and intention. You don’t need a perfect plan. You just need to take the next honest step in the direction that feels right. Small changes compound. Small commitments build trust with yourself.
The second half of the year starts here. Start simply. Start with what you know now.
Journal prompt
If the second half of this year was a love letter to the life you really want - how would it begin?
Heart Leap is about tools, ideas, and people who help us make a leap in thinking so we feel inspired and uplifted rather than trapped, stuck, and downhearted.
Heart Leap is for writers who want to write and get their words out into the world but who find writing a hard slog but don’t want to give up the dream. Think of Heart Leap as your very own cosy writing nook, which gives support and accountability .
I run two writing hours a week at 9am (BST) on a Tuesday and Thursday and a ‘writing rehab’ on the first Wednesday of the month at 7pm (BST) where we discuss ways to boost our creativity, set ourselves delightful artist’s dates and realistic writing goals while drinking tea.
Heart Leap is for people starting again, literally or metaphorically.
Thank you sharing. As much as I like to review I might just start fresh. Being away has limited my screen time which has been beneficial to my creativity. I am thrilled that there is a later time for the monthly gathering. Is that happening July 2?
