When I organised the
this year back in February, my lovely friend gave me this beautiful heart leap necklace designed by silver smith Rachael Briody in Holmfirth.I ‘met’ Juliet (online) when I was editor at Psychologies and Juliet contacted me when she was going through some tough health challenges. I was so impressed by Juliet’s resilience and unbridled creativity, I asked her lead some online workshops for us - that were as inspiring as they were useful.
Since then, I love reading Juliet’s substack Under the Trees about embracing courage, connection and creativity and I feel like here is someone who knows how to live a heart leap life.
It was therefore such a joy to meet Juliet in person and to have dinner, laugh and plot new projects for the future back in February at the festival. Juliet had specially commissioned this necklace and when I opened it, I cried, put it on and haven’t take it off since.
It was Juliet’s idea to put me in touch with her friend Rachel of @pippi-silver and we decided to create our first Heart Leap necklace range.
The Heart Leap universe is all about seeking the path that makes us feel inspired and uplifted rather than trapped, stuck and downhearted.
I never take my necklace off because it reminds me to live a life every day that makes my heart leap.
Maybe you want that daily reminder too.
If so, have a look at this beautiful fine silver necklace , specially designed by Pippi Silver and I hope it makes your heart leap.

Rachel is one of my lovely friends, and makes the most beautiful jewellery - I’ve done workshops with her and they’re fab, too! 😊💚
What a perfect, thoughtful gift. It's beautiful.
