We started the journalling challenge this month with a live 7am session for the first of the month.
Early morning is a great time to journal as it’s that hazy time before your conscious brain comes online and you can start to swim with thoughts and feelings under the surface of your life.
Every day this month, I will send you one question a day at 7am for you to ponder and write about in your journal.
